Does that tool earn its seat?
Each episode, one operator pressure-tests a single B2B SaaS tool: what it actually does, who should pay for it, who should skip it, and the discount if there is one.
Reid pays the invoice. So he reads the fine print.
Reid is the operator who actually signs off on every seat in a growing stack. He bought a few over-provisioned tools that looked great in the demo and bled money once the team used them, then started this show to interrogate software the way he wishes someone had for him.
Each episode he takes one tool apart and asks the only question that matters before anyone buys: "does this thing earn its seat in your stack?"
He answers in plain terms, with persona-tier verdicts (a team of one and an agency owner do not buy the same tier), sourced pricing, and the gotchas the vendor docs skip. He names the buyer who should pay, the buyer who should skip, and the discount if there is one. No hype. No income claims.
"A seat is a line item. Justify it or cut it."
A team of one does not buy what an agency owner with ten clients buys. Most reviews flatten that into a star rating that likes everything. We pick a buyer.

One operator, one tool, one honest verdict per episode. Buy it, skip it, or pay for the tier that actually fits.
